v Each class is 90 minutes, blending the practices of asana (postures), mudras (gestures), bandhas (energetic locks), pranayama (breathing techniques) and yoga nidra (yogic relaxation).

v A full workout for the body, mind and breath in movement and stillness.

v The practice of yoga begins and ends with relaxation. When we relax completely, we touch our deepest core, and healing takes place.
